Corporate Governance
The ASX Corporate Governance Council ("the council") requires that a company must disclose the extent to which it has followed best recommendations. The council recognises that not all recommendations are appropriate to every company and that companies should only adopt those recommendations that are appropriate to that individual company. Where best practice recommendations have not been adopted, the Company must disclose its reasons for not doing so.
